CHANTEL ESSENTIALS LLC was created from a personal journey rooted in natural family beliefs that what we put on our skin matters.

Before the pandemic, I would visit the Bessemer Flea Market where I purchased authentic Ghanaian raw shea butter from a Ghanaian vendor. I became obsessed with how it felt on my skin — the rich texture, natural aroma, and nourishment. During my last purchase, he told me, “Beautiful lady, you can and will be able to make this yourself one day,” and provided his direct vendor information. After the flea market closed and my twin boys developed eczema, shea butter became the product that soothed their skin. His words returned to me, and a dream where he passed me a lit torch inspired the birth of CHANTEL ESSENTIALS LLC.
